opinion: He looks like a gentleman. He behaves like a gentleman. He gambles like a gentleman. He is a broken gentleman. He is a gentleman-gangster. He is police-friend-gangster. Off course you hope that everything goes well for Bob (even the robbery), since he is a very nice guy. You don´t care about right or wrong. You just want that Bob succeeds and still expecting an happy end. One of my favourite gangster films ;
